Verbeek (1966)
Managing Director Mr Verbeek is Managing Director for Rabo Private Equity since december 2005. Previously, Mr Verbeek served as Director for ABN AMRO Capital, where he was responsible for diverse buy-outs and other shareholder transactions. Prior to this, he served in various management positions for Randstad Holding NV. Mr Verbeek studied Tax Law at the University of Amsterdam and International and European Law at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

Akkerman (1980)
Associate Director Mr Akkerman is Associate Director at Rabo Capital since May 2009. After a traineeship at ABN Amro Corporate Finance, he started beginning 2005 as a M&A advisor at Rabo Securities Corporate Advisory. In 2006 Mr Akkerman worked temporarily for Rabobank International M&A in New York. Mr Akkerman holds a degree in Economics from the University of Groningen.

Anders (1971)
Director Mr Anders has been a Director for Rabo Capital and Rabo Ventures since April 2008. As a Director his responsibilities include among others the investment in IHC Merwede, Oskomera Group and Xunlight and the further expansion of Rabo Capital and Rabo Ventures. Previously, Mr Anders was with Ironbridge Capital, a Private Equity house in Sydney, Australia, where he took a lead role in several buy-outs and portfolio company improvement initiatives. His experience prior to that includes working as the Product and Marketing Director at Virgin & Sanity Entertainment in Sydney, Australia, a management consultant at Bain & Co and launching a private equity funded credit card company in the United Kingdom. Mr Anders holds an MBA degree from Cambridge University in England as well as a Bachelors Degree in Law and a Bachelors Degree in Commerce, both from the University of Adelaide, Australia.

Philip
Austin (1981)
Associate Director Mr Austin is an Associate Director at Rabo Ventures, a captive VC that focuses on cleantech. Before joining Rabobank in November 2009, Mr Austin worked at Atlas Venture in London where he focused on early stage cleantech investments. He started his career at McKinsey & Company spending 3 years in the London and Washington DC offices. Whilst at McKinsey he was involved in a number of cleantech studies including the launch of a biofuels business for one of the oil majors and the buyout of a major energy utility. Philip studied Chemical Engineering and Pharmaceutical Chemistry at Heriot Watt in Edinburgh.

Bekkum (1972)
Secretary Ms Van Bekkum joined Rabo Private Equity as a secretary in November 2007. In this function she supports the Directors and Associate Directors. Before joining Rabo Private Equity Ms Van Bekkum worked four years as an Office Manager for Eyeworks Sport, where she was the Personal Assistant to the General Manager. Among others she was responsible for Human Resources and General Affairs of the Sport Department

Beusmans (1974)
Associate Director Mr Beusmans has started as Associate Director for Rabo Capital in August 2009. Previously, Mr Beusmans worked with McKinsey & Company successively as Business Analyst, Associate and Engagement Manager. He has specific expertise in marketing & sales in telecommunication and retail banking industries. Mr Beusmans studied Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University Delft and graduated in the field of System and Control Engineering in 1999. In 2004 he successfully completed a full time MBA program at IESE Business School in Barcelona.

Bik (1981)
Investment analyst As of February 2010 Janneke has been working as an investment analyst for the Dutch Greentech Fund and the Mainport Innovation Fund. She previously worked as a strategy consultant for McKinsey & Company focussing on projects in the High-Tech industry. Janneke studied Aerospace Engineering at Delft University of Technology and after her Msc. degree she worked as Young Graduate Trainee at the European Space Agency in the area of control and simulation.

Brackel (1952)
Commercial Support Officer Ms Brackel has been working for Rabo Private Equity since 2000. She began as Secretary and then advanced to Commercial Support Officer in 2002. In this function she supports the Directors. She is responsible for Marketing and Publicity. She is also acting Secretary for the Directors Committee and the Investment Committee. Before joining Rabo Private Equity, Marie-Louise was Executive Secretary for the ESTEL concern (combination Hoesch/Hoogovens). Broekert (1971)
Director Mr de Broekert is Director for Rabo Capital since January 2006. Mr de Broekert is responsible for the investments in Womitex, Favory Convenience Food Group and Iddink and the exits of Trioliet and Peacock. Mr de Broekert was previously Senior Manager for Deloitte Corporate Finance BV, where he handled various buy-outs and other transactions and was a member of the Private Equity Advisory Team. Mr de Broekert studied Economics at the University of Amsterdam.

Broekhuizen (1977)
Controller Since 2002 Mr Broekhuizen has had overall responsibility for the administration of Rabo Private Equity. Before joining Rabo Private Equity, he worked as Planner and Controller for Rabobank Montfoort. Mr Broekhuizen studied Business Economics at the Hogeschool Utrecht and is currently following the program Master of Science in Controlling at Nyenrode Business Universiteit in Breukelen.

Engelen (1972)
Director Mr van Engelen is the Director of Rabo Ventures, a captive VC that focuses on cleantech. Mr van Engelen has been working in private equity/venture capital sector since 1996. He joined the Rabo Private Equity team in 2002, where he was involved in the recapitalisation of Royal Schouten Group. Previously, Koen worked at NIB Capital Private Equity for 5 years as a member of the 'buy-out'- and the 'technology'teams. In 2006 he held an interim position with Rabobank's Global Financial market division, where he was involved in the tender and subsequent issuance of KPN Telecom bonds. Koen has a background in Economics and is a graduate of the University of Amsterdam.

Fockema Andreae-Fokma (1979)
Associate Director Mrs Fockema Andreae-Fokma is Associate Director at Rabo Capital. After a wholesale traineeship at Rabobank Nederland starting in 2005, she was working as an account manager for 2,5 years at the Special Asset Management department of Rabobank Group, where she was responsible for the restructuring of various companies. During that period she worked 2 months for Rabo Development in Zambia at the Zambia National Commercial Bank (Zanaco). From September 2008 till May 2009 Mrs Fockema Andreae-Fokma was the personal assistant of the Managing Director SME of Rabobank Nederland Mrs Fockema Andreae-Fokma holds a degree in Economics Public and Corporate law from the University of Utrecht.

Fransen (1971)
Associate Director Mr Fransen became Associate Director for Rabo Capital in January 2006. Mr Fransen started working for Rabobank International in 2000 as a trainee in Investment Banking. Since 2001 he served as Vice President Capital and Secured Products for Rabobank Nederland Treasury Rabobank Group and was responsible for asset management for the Rabobank Group. Mr Fransen studied Biology at Utrecht University and holds a Ph.D. from Wageningen University.

Junior Analyst Mr Goossens is Junior Analyst for Rabo Ventures, a captive VC that focuses on cleantech start ups in Europe and the US. In 2008 he started a Corporate Management Traineeship at Rabobank, where he worked a.o. as an M&A analyst in London. Mr Goossens studied Business Administration at the Free University of Amsterdam. His master thesis was titled: "Stakeholders and corporate social responsibility".

Kok (1969)
Director Mr Kok joined Rabo Capital as Director in August 2007. In this function he is responsible, among others, for the investments in Champi'mer, Heiploeg, Tomassen-Bangkok, Inter Access and Koop Bronbemaling. Previously Mr Kok worked with AlpInvest Partners as Principal where he was responsible for buy-outs as well as secondary transactions (portfolios of Private Equity stakes). Before that he worked with ING Barings in M&A advisory. Mr Kok holds a degree in Economics from the University of Groningen.

Koppen de Neve (1976)
Associate Director Mr Koppen de Neve became Associate Director for Rabo Capital in March 2007. Previously, Mr Koppen de Neve worked with Stork N.V. successively as Management Trainee and as Business Development Manager with Stork Industry Services. In the latter role he was responsible for various acquisition and integration routes. Mr Koppen de Neve studied Applied Physics at the Technical University Delft and graduated in the field of fluid dynamics at Corus IJmuiden. In 2007 Mr Koppen de Neve successfully completed a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) program at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Oudelaar (1969)
Executive Secretary Ms Oudelaar joined Rabo Private Equity as Executive Secretary in October 2007. She started her career as a secretary at the Mergers & Acquisitions department within Rabobank International. In 2000 this department joined Rabo Securities, the investment bank of Rabobank. The last years Ms Oudelaar worked for the Head of Corporate Advisory within Rabo Securities.

Prins (1970)
Director Since August 2008 Jan Cees Prins is Director of Phoenix Recovery Capital. Before joining Phoenix Recovery Capital Jan Cees was active within the Special Asset Management Department (SAM) of Rabobank Group and was responsible for client relationships and business that faced financial distress or insolvency. Since then Jan Cees has been involved in turnarounds and workouts on a daily basis. After working for Rabobank in Singapore for two years, Jan Cees was an Associate Director Corporate Advisory with Rabo Securities in Amsterdam and advised clients on mergers, acquisitions and equity capital market transactions. Jan Cees holds a MSc in Business Administration form Rotterdam School of Management.

Director Martijn joined Phoenix Recovery Capital in January 2009. He previously worked as a senior banker in the Telecoms & Media team of Rabobank International and was responsible for client relations with, and structuring debt financing for, Telecoms & Media companies. Until 2005 Martijn worked as an Associate with Rabo Securities and was involved in multiple M&A and corporate finance transactions, including several financial restructurings. He started his career in 1998 as management trainee with Philips Electronics. Martijn studied Business Administration at Erasmus University in Rotterdam.

Sint (1967)
Director Mrs. Sint joined Rabo Private Equity as Director in January 2010. She is responsible for existing and new indirect Private Equity fund exposure globally including funds amongst other in Poland, India, Switzerland and the UK. Previously Mrs. Sint worked with ABN Amro in Credit Risk Management, Private Equity, Strategy Development and Business Performance Management. Lizette has a degree in Business Administration from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.

Legal Counsel/Associate Director Ms Terhorst joined Rabo Private Equity as Legal Counsel and joined Rabo Capital as Associate Director in November 2007. Previously, Ms Terhorst worked as an associate with Norton Rose LLP in Amsterdam. In that capacity she was involved in regular M&A transactions, as well as buy outs and venture capital transactions. Ms Terhorst holds a LLM from the University of Leiden and has completed a MBA at the Rotterdam School of Management.

Previously Ms Vaandrager had her own company and was contracted by companies and Private Equity firms to advise in strategic- and (re)financing decisions. Chief Financial Officer Mr. Wijnen is CFO of Rabo Private Equity since May 2010. Previously he was an advisor to the Executive Board of Rabobank Nederland regarding several strategic group subsidiaries, and has been CFO of RaboMobiel Ltd. Prior to that Mr. Wijnen occupied financial positions at two local Rabobank member banks. Mr. Wijnen studied Business Economics at the Open University. He also executed consultancy assignments for Rabo Development in Egypt, Malaysia and Rwanda.
